Contracting Team Support

As part of our support team:

  • You will work closely with our loading and contracting teams
  • You will be the primary point of touch between our contracting team and our strategic partners (Hotels)
  • You will contribute with Yield Management / Revenue Management tasks
  • You will take part in hotel reallocation for issued bookings
  • You will load rates in our system meeting the deadlines and providing with some follow-up by using our issue tracking system
  • You will optimize and manage the contracted and loaded conditions in our platforms and tools: Stop Sales, offers, etc, to make sure the right update in our system as per request of our partners.
  • You will be in charge of activating our contracts as per strategy of our Group
  • You will help to keep developing our tools with your feedback and suggestions in order to optimize our workflow.

We will offer a full training session to make you able to use our technological tools, we will provide you with generic basic knowledge about the tourism industry. We will give you the chance to work in a good atmosphere company and opportunities for your professional development.

 

Requirements

  • Academic requirements: Certificate of Higher education or bachelor in tourism / Business bachelor
  • Experience: One year in a similar position
  • Languages: English C1 level. Other languages will be taken in consideration
  • Other requirements: Team work attitude and microsoft office basic knowledge
  • Salary: 16.000€ gross yearly
